Concentrates Take Center Stage at Chalice CA

The concentrate revolution is going strong, as evidenced by the second annual concentrates competition taking place in California on July 11 and 12. Chalice California 2015 is going to be all about wax and glass at the National Orange Show Events Center in San Bernardino, where physicians will be present to give recommendations for qualifying patients who want to medicate in the Prop. 215 area.

In true festival fashion, the two-day event will also feature a slew of big name acts on three different stages throughout the day including Busta Rhymes, The Pharcyde, Cut Chemist, Peanut Butter Wolf and Action Bronson – to name a few. There is also be a massive roster of glass artists from around the globe doing live demos in the Glassblower Village, giving attendees the opportunity to appreciate the craft in an up-close-and-personal way.

Of course, all eyes will be on the concentrates competition, where prizes will be awarded for best solvent wax, best non-solvent extract, best shatter, best cannabis and more including edibles, tinctures and topicals. There will also be awards for highest CBD or THC content and highest terpene content.
