Whoopi Pairs with Om Edibles to Release Cannabis Products for Women

One of the most dynamic forces in the California cannabis industry, Maya Elisabeth of Om Edibles, has announced a partnership with Whoopi Goldberg to release a line of cannabis products geared towards women. The press announcement, which took the straight world by storm this morning with articles in Vanity Fair as well as USA Today, states Whoopi and Maya will release, “high quality cannabis-infused salves, balms and edibles designed to relieve menstrual pain and discomfort.”

“I am thrilled to partner with the amazing Maya Elisabeth to provide women an alternative for relieving the pain and discomfort associated with menstruation,” Goldberg said though a release. “This was all inspired by my own experience from a lifetime of difficult periods and the fact that cannabis was literally the only thing that gave me relief.”

Om Edibles, an all-female cannabis collective, has already won several awards for its products which will be further developed into the Whoopi & Maya brand. These products include a raw sipping cacao as well as THC-infused bath soaks and tinctures that provide relief by interacting with cannabinoid receptors in the skin.

“Every month women experience pain and discomfort associated with their period,” Maya said through a release. “Cannabis is a wonderful remedy, and combined with other superfoods and medicinal herbs, can provide the type of relief many women need.”

The Whoopi & Maya product line is set to be available in California next month.
