WeedTV Set to Begin Live 4-Day Cannabis Broadcast
Master Bong will drop down in Las Vegas to film live cannabis content.
Starting tomorrow, a new cannabis media organization, WeedTV, will make its grand debut with a four-day live broadcast of cannabis content cast against the glitzed-up background of the Las Vegas Strip. The broadcast, which is set to take place from Sept. 22 to 25 at a private estate, will incorporate seven original series including content from one of our favorite cannabis vbloggers, Master Bong.
Master Bong is known for his ability to bring the party and is planning to take part in events such as a weed bowl judging to decide who has the best herb in Nevada and a top budmaster competition. And, because it’s Vegas, the broadcast is also set to include a poolside swimsuit competition to crown Miss Weed TV 2018. WeedTV plans to air six hours of live footage per day.
“Shooting at such an opulent location with such an awesome production team is a dream come true,” Master Bong said. “Two hundred-plus episodes at an 11-bedroom mansion? Sign me up!”
Weed TV is a subsidiary of Player’s Network Inc., a holding company that also sells cannabis products through a Las Vegas-based grow facility called Green Leaf Farms.
Player’s Network CEO Mark Bradley said, “We have assembled an amazing production, marketing and sponsorship team lead by television startup veteran Andy Orgel (MTV, A&E) and Executive Producer Michael Berk (“Baywatch”) supported by an amazing production team of 55 writers, producers, directors, cameramen, editors and technicians.”
