Coffee or Hot Chocolate?
Weed Coffee Recipe – Mary Jane Meets Tia Maria
As in Turkish coffee houses, or in bars of 16th century Amsterdam, this recipe has been a favorite for centuries.
300 milliliters (½ pint) hot fresh coffee
1-2 grams finely ground hash
½ teaspoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon of Tia Maria
Brew some fresh coffee and divide it into two cups. Add the sugar, liqueur and hashish to each. Top with whipped cream and dust in cocoa.
Pot Hot Chocolate Recipe
A simple pot hot chocolate recipe to warm your chest and stir your mind.
1 cup whole milk
1 cup light cream
½ gram finely ground cannabis
5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
½ teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
Combine the milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. After the salt and sugar have dissolved, add the cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and finely chopped cannabis. Bring to just under a boil and add the chocolate. Turn the heat off, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. We suggest straining the hot chocolate before serving. We topped ours with whipped cream and nutmeg, but marshmallows never fail as a substitute. Enjoy!
