Adam Koh

Adam Koh serves as Chief Cultivation Officer for Comprehensive Cannabis Consulting (3C) and applies his expertise to help guide clients in improving the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of their cannabis businesses in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. Previously, Koh managed a medical cannabis cultivation operation in the Denver area, where he oversaw roughly 3,500 plants and 15 employees at any one time, and produced about 3,000 pounds of high-quality flower annually. Additionally, he oversaw an expansion that almost doubled production capacity, while developing and implementing various protocols and organizational tools - including SOPs, Integrated Pest Management strategies, and data collection and analysis procedures - to promote efficient and productive operations. Prior to entering the cannabis field, he attained degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Delaware, and served as an adjunct professor while pursuing a Ph.D. in Art History.
