Product Review: Texas Tubes Slyme Shredder
The Slyme Shredder from Texas Tubes is crafted by a homegrown studio in Austin, Texas.
We had just returned from lunch and needed to take a dab to get the inspiration back. The Slyme Shredder from Texas Tubes was a great solution for a late afternoon hit of the RawCo2 we picked up while dabbing at the San Francisco Hyatt with the Guru of Ganja Ed Rosenthal.
The hit tasted amazingly smooth, filtered through eight glass arms at the base, and although the dabs were huge, didn’t result in a fit of coughing. The rig is a quality piece crafted by a homegrown studio in Austin, Texas.
Texas Tube’s founder Kevin Ivey got his start as a scientific lampworker in the chemistry labs at the University of Texas and has since taken his brand throughout the world. Texans are a proud bunch and display their love of the Lone Star State by rocking these quality glass pieces, but you don’t have to be a Texan to appreciate the craftsmanship of this glass.
